I went here on a whim because I didn’t have time to book with the nail tech I’m familiar with- not expecting them to be able to do the design I was asking for. She took her time and was gentle, and pulled it off! The shape and design came out perfect. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

Came into the salon two weeks ago and asked for a hard gel manicure but was very specific that everything on my nails needed to be able to be soaked off. I’m in a new nail salon today and I’m told that the gel isn’t able to be soaked off. On top of that the communication and service was really poor during the experience and I left unhappy knowing I would need to get them done as quickly as possible but because she drilled my nails so thin and I experienced so many heat spikes during the curing process I had to wait 1 1/2 weeks Before I knew I could get my nails done again.

Love this place!! Ben coming here for more than 10 years abs Amy is amazing!! I would never go to anyone else, she takes her time and my nails are always on point. Hate when your nails break? I do too, with Amy, your fears will be eliminated.

I didn’t have an appointment so had to wait a bit for any cancelations. Only 30 mins wait. Got full gel nails and a pedi. They do a good job. 2nd time different staff and still satisfied. Prices are a little cheaper than other place too.

If I could give this business a zero it would be too generous. We went in for a polish change at 7:04 pm and were turned away. The excuse was everyone has already cleaned up their stations. I called and talk to salon and got nothing but excuses as to why we were turned away (too busy all day with back to backs, already put away stations, under staffed……) no excuse for being rude. Don’t say open to 8pm and turn away a paying customer. Shame on you!

Vivian is the best! Where to begin. Vivian is honest, sweet, and dedicated to providing you with the best nail experience every time I come. My son is Autistic and he loves her! Patience for days! Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityThere are a few things that I look for in a nail salon. First, is it clean and do they have good hygiene practices. Second, can the do my nails the way I want them without hurting me. For me, that is thin natural looking acrylics with embedded French nail tips. And third, do they speak good English so I can explain what I want, or even have a nice conversation with them. Ten Perfect Nails has all of these qualities. The only thing I didn’t like is when the Vietnamese ladies working on my nails get talking to each other in their language. So many nail salons do it, and I think it’s incredibly rude. I am paying them not only for the nails but also for the experience. They will do you full set but called everyday for the last 6 days and all the appointments for fills are filled up. One gal said it’s not worth it for them to do fills. They don’t make enough. That’s not good business. Acrylic nails

Had a bad experience today all I wanted was get my nails done and feel nice since I’m getting wedding ready. The lady who did my nails cut the side of my finger and did it twice and even though she saw I was in pain said sorry I cut you and proceeded with my nails. She added nail polish and it burnt so bad.
