Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent in for a fill in and wanted a nail design I had a photo reference. The owner did my nails rushed the entire process even though I was the only one there. He left the chair to go to the back to get supplies but I caught him drinking a beer bottle, I wanted to just leave then. My nails feel horrible, they are chipping only after a couple hours. Went in for a fill in and wanted a nail design I had a photo reference. The owner did my nails rushed the entire process even though I was the only one there. He left the chair to go to the back to get supplies but I caught him drinking a beer bottle, I wanted to just leave then. My nails feel horrible, they are chipping only after a couple hours. Dirty salon. Nails look horrible, took Brian 10 minutes to do a full set. Look like they have 2 weeks of growth after a few days. Did not trim the cuticles. Horrible pedicure, now have an ingrown toenail. $80 for mani/pedi – NEVER again. His service stinks…. Pedicure, Manicure

The staff is friendly and quick but the place is filthy. The bag liners are reused. Massage chair are old and very uncomfortable. Did I mention how dirty it was. I was there right after they opened yet the floors looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in a week.

The price is reasonable compared to other mail Ammons in the area that charge $20 more for the same pedicure service with a massge. The staff is always friendly and willing to take clients all the way up to closing and to stay late to make sure their clients are satisfied. I have never had a bad experience and I have been using them for years.
