I would have gave it 1-star had my past experiences been just as awful. Went for a pedicure on Saturday and the lady that did my toenails was not paying attention. I told her she didn’t need to cut them down, but if she could file and just get the ingrown toenails then that would be fine. She ended up cutting way too much on the sides, my toes were bleeding and she put some stuff on them to make them stop and that was burning. They continued to bleed as she cut the rest of them which also started bleeding. Mind you, only my big toes had ingrown toenails. This was the worst experience I had here and I will not be going back. My toes are still sore and have really tender scarring now..

I usually love the way they do nails. I went to get a repeat fill on my acrylic. I felt the lady whom I’ve never had before rushed this time. I tipped well even though I felt this way. So I think it was just a matter of getting the right nail tech. I still will go back. I will ask not to have her again.

They were able to take us as a walk in and that is the only good thing I can say ,very rushed and instead of being relaxing it was not ,barely a massage and when she put my sandels on my feet were still wet as she painted my toe nails she used her nail to hold my toe still by digging hers into me , definitely disappointed Pedicure, Dip powder
