The gentleman just did me a basic manicure in 5 mins. Never had this problem before there. I could have done better myself. I won’t be returning. My regular I go to another shop the girl was off today So I resulted to this never again… the worst ever. Lady next to me was complaining about everything she just stopped mid stream n paid an left. Everything u do for a pedi they wanted to charge for. I really don’t know what happened. Don’t waste ur money. I’m sorry to be complaining but people work hard for there money don’t deserve to be treated this way. They was no wait so I don’t know what the problem was but I shouldn’t have to tell them how to do a pedicure n ur prices went up oh no. They need much improvement!!

Looked UP salon and it had good ratings.Sue was very nice but….. Did the worst set of nails I’ve ever had.Lets start with removal of my nails took her over half hour then she didn’t remove all the acrylic off 2 of my nails …she had no clue how to do a coffin shaped nail..my nails are a little bumpy. I had to come home and refine my nails besides the cost was high 65.00 … Took over 2 hours to do my nails …Will NOT BE BACK

Critical: QualitySue applied power dip incorrectly twice, and they lifted twice within 24 hours. We spoke about her failure to re-buff nails after the powder was applied before top coat, she said “I’ll give you $20 and go somewhere else”.Very nice ladies, very disappointed in her lack of resolve.Service: Manicure

I’ve been going to Ten Nails for well over 25 years and I love the place and staff. They do a fantastic job, are friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve also brought my mother, father and uncle for pedicures when they were unable to care for their own feet. They also became repeat customers. I highly recommend them!

The owner was nice . I went here to get my nails done for the first time and I was mortified at how they turned out . I spent $50 for my nails to look like they were done by someone who had no experience with nails and it was the OWNER who did my nails . I requested a refund and was denied one . Horrible customer service. I went to another salon the day after and they could not believe what they saw . I have been to dozens of nail salons and have NEVER had an outcome such as this . My nails were absolutely horrendous and I wish I could share a pic on here of how they turned out . Never again .
