Unhappy Customer . I purchased two 14 inch loose wave bundles from the flawless collection at $80 apiece. After unraveling my bundles before dying them, I noticed that one of my bundles was half the width as the other. It was like purchasing 1 1/2 bundles. I called back to the store on Mt Moriah and was practically yelled at by the manger. ( be advised , I never raised my voice). She basically told me that it was MY responsibility to make sure that my bundles matched and that there was absolutely nothing that she could do. I also purchased a H D closure so I just hope to have enough hair. I will NEVER return as a customer. Ladies we work entirely to hard for our money to not only be ripped off , but to be treated like trash when you have a legit complaint. See photos

Care instructions are given at the end of your purchase on how to keep your hair flawless. The prices are really reasonable for great quality hair. I’ve purchased from Ten Karats twice. The first time was very dry, the hair smelled, and tangled. I decided to purchase the hair again because I’ve heard such great things and seen great reviews, and I thought that maybe I received a bad batch. The second time, which I have installed now, smells of corn chips. No matter how many times I have washed and deep conditioned this hair, it never seemed to go away. I’ve paid over $400 for 4 bundles of 20 inch deep wave hair and it’s not holding up well at all. The deep wave looks more like a loose wave, I’ll never purchase again.

I love the quality of hair here. I buy bundles from them maybe once every year to a year and a half. I am able to reuse my bundles from them over and over again. My hair doesn’t shed or tangle. I am not constantly having to brush it either.

10 Karat virgin hair came highly recommended by one of my old co workers. She had her bundles for over a year and they still looked amazing. In December of 2016 I mad my purchase of three bundles. I thought damn this hair is expensive. I had my bundles installed and loved them. The hair did not shed, and I have installed it four or five times.

I love the hair but they lack in customer service and not organized. The lady that helped was friendly but when I walked in the other ladies act like I wasn’t there. If they want more customers, they need to work on some things.
