I bought a package during black Friday 2021. After doing a set of lashes we lost a family member which was very heartbreaking. Of course the lashes complete fell off. I thought she did a great job until I realized I couldn’t lie down for 3 hours tilted back due to my arthritis and there was NO accommodations for people with a handicap. She promised to get me a refund and still waiting on it. Which has been since January 2022.

I love love LOVE my lashes!!! Ashley does such a great job, is very meticulous, and makes sure I am very comfortable throughout the entire appointment. From the clean room you first walk into, the cozy blankets to snuggle into on the table, to the friendly conversation and laughter I enjoy throughout the visit, I always look forward to my visits in her salon room. I have particularly dry eyes, and she always makes sure I am very comfortable and relaxed. I had my lashes done years ago by someone else, so I wasn’t a total newbie to eyelash extensions. I did not realize however all the different types and looks you can get with your lashes. On my first appointment with her she went through all the different kinds of extensions and wanted to hear what I was looking for. So if you want to be bold and dramatic there’s lashes for that – if you’re like me and enjoy a more classic and subtle look, she can do that too. I trust her to get a little creative though and mix it up with different looks sometimes. She right away sensed my style and has the expertise to pick the right look for you! I also didn’t know you should wash yours lashes (extensions or not), and healthy eyelashes are very important to her which I appreciate. I know my eyes and lashes are in good hands with her! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get eyelash extensions!

I haven’t seen anyone – especially an Asian person – with eyelashes as sexy as the lashes I have from Ashley. She is not only highly skilled and meticulous, but she also knows how to lash ALL different types of lashes/eyes.
