10/10 amazing experience. I’ve gotten botox before, but had been considering getting lip fillers for a while now. My appointment was with Shaina and she made me feel SO comfortable. After talking about lip injections with her for a bit I decided to take the plunge and I am SO HAPPY I did!!! I told her that I didn’t want anything too crazy because it was my first time, and she worked her magic on me. My lips look so full and the structure looks great. I will definitely be coming here again in the future and I highly recommend Tejmeel to anyone!

I was in town for a weeding and wanted to do a facial for acne scars . I was searching all the spas in the Ann Arbor area and came across great reviews regarding microneedling at Tejmeel . I booked a consultation and in the end I got a Morpheus8 treatment . The price was better than any price in Cali and the treatment was tolerable . I am writing this review and do not write very many because I have tried several lasers for acne scars and spent a lot of money. Nothing worked as good as this and I wish this spa was in Cali because a doctor was doing the procedure which is not common in Cali . Thank you Tejmeel med spa for such an amazing experience

I just had Morpheus8 done at this med spa in Ann Arbor. I couldn’t have asked for a more comforting environment, the doctor made sure to answer all my questions, explain the process and insure me that the numbing cream will lighten the pain and make it as painless as possible. I would have to say the only area that caused any pain was under the eye where the numbing cream couldn’t go because you don’t want it to get in the eyes. I can see differences in my face already. My smile lines have decreased dramatically.

Ok, I don’t ever write reviews unless the service is beyond amazing Or a horrible experience. And I have been to a handful of other cosmetic offices where I have received Botox treatments but never have I felt more educated and confident after leaving this appointment. Both the doctor and Shaina have great communication, their office is very clean and sanitized, I was educated in the service I received and all the questions I had were answered without the getting an sell up for any other service.

I highly recommend this med spa . Shaina was so nice and knowledgeable she made skincare simple and easy. I’ve been so intimidated by skincare and procedures that spas offer . They took the time to map out a plan for my skin and educated me on what my skin needs. We began with a micro-needling facial with hyaluronic acid my skin has never been so bright and smooth . I’ve already booked my next appointment.

My appointment with shaina was perfect! She knows exactly what she’s doing and how to accentuate your natural features. Finding somewhere you trust and know will give you the best results possible is so important! High recommend! – Shaina is an artist when it comes to lips. I was nervous for my filler appointment, but we had thorough consultation. She listened intently and I was confident that we shared the same vision by the time I was numbed and ready-to-go. They have state of the art numbing technology and made sure I was very comfortable before injection. I never felt rushed and my happiness was their main focus. I love my plump and pretty lips!!
