Im posting the review since I’m not satisfied with the effect and I asked for a refund and didn’t get it. I was trying new salon and didn’t work. The pics shows the results. I can say the people were very nice however as long as I texted about complain the secretary changed the tone and said she saw me leaving the salon and I looked good so they won’t give me money back. I told her I came back home and check it closely and don’t think this is the way the hair from the salon should look like and don’t think this is the way new client should be treated. Oh and I 400$ was the total, yes including the products and mask however for this price I expect something more. I don’t even see the toner effect, just yellow shades. Just avoid..

My daughter cried after her haircut here. Also, they don’t automatically blow dry hair after a women’s cut? I have never heard of that. I paid $55 plus $20 tip for what ended up being badly cut curtain bangs.

Terrific personalized customer service. My cut and color was fantastic. Both Diane, my stylist and Tom, my colorist listened very carefully to what I wanted and made sure they got it right!!!! Receptionist Amy very friendly. Teddie a super person as well. Everyone says hi and smiles. Employees love to work there. Fantastic local business!!! My hair is tricky because it’s thick and curly with lots of cowlicks. Just a terrific team!! I’ll be back!!!

They ruined my hair! I wanted salt n pepper hair. I had long blonde, healthy hair. They double processed and I ended up with damaged blonde hair, not salt n pepper. They did credit my account, but I was forced to cut it really short. I’m still suffering from the damage. They do have great stylists for cuts. COLOR? I’d not recommend.
