I used to love coming here. Each time I come they take less and less time and care. This was my last visit and need to find a new place to go to. I was the only one at the time of arrival and was made to wait several minutes while the lady finished her phone conversation with family. My eyebrow threading was very quick and not done well. I asked for rose water at the end as usual and was told to do it myself and was left with hair all over my face. I wasn’t happy with the results but just wanted to leave. So disappointed. It seems that they really don’t care about their work or their customers like they used to.

Im so over this lady and her attitude. i came at 12:30 today she opened at 11. she sat on her phone and ate her apple and told me to have a seat while she is on break. i asked her how long because i had to go back to work i was the only customer in there, she responded rudely “you can go thats fine” i dont recommend any more shes rude and weird ! im making sure none of my friends and family return. this needs to be closed now !

I arrived at 10:57 in 23 degree weather and was left to wait outside until 11:02. I should have left then but was desperate to get my eyebrows threaded. I have very thick brows that I love and specifically asked that they be kept thick. My threading service was rushed, maybe 2-3 minutes tops, and my eyebrows are not only awfully thin but completely uneven (one is arched and one is more straight). When I commented that they did not look like what I asked for, she said “well that’s thick.” When I asked about the unevenness, I was told that my brows were uneven to begin with so that’s why they were uneven now. I have been getting my brows threaded for 10 years and this was hands down the WORST experience.

If you’re particular about your brows, I wouldn’t highly recommend. After each service I use brow makeup to make corrections (and I have a full brow). I don’t believe in trying out multiple techs for beauty services so I’m pretty loyal. The last straw for me was getting to the salon (this would be twice now) and her locking the door in my face or being shooed off (much) earlier than 7:00pm. I’d rather spend at an establishment that delivers better results and is more dependable. Hope this helps someone.
