I was very happy with Jeryl’s commitment to her art and customer! They do a free consult which was super helpful. I came in for a haircut and Highlights (I have thick and curly hair), after much discussion, Jeryl recognized that I was not 100% sure on the direction I wanted with doing the highlights. She suggested just doing a haircut for the day and return for another consult do make sure she gets the highlighting just as I wanted. WOW, that is service! Was refreshing to see her commitment to knowing her customer’s needs and not pressure or up sale anything. By the way, she did a great job on my haircut, she really knows what she is doing!!

I had a few haircuts there and I liked it. This last time I went up to my haircut and my stylist did not. Someone came and checked me in and I got the impression she was there. Several workers looking from the back at me but no one talked to me otherwise. I get they might run behind but she wasn’t with a client, she wasn’t anywhere. After waiting for 15 minutes with nothing, no stylist, no explanations or communication then I left. Not a phone call or anything.

My family has had nothing but wonderful experiences here! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I started seeing Jeryl after I needed a haircut fix and she exceeds my expectations every time. I recently started taking my 18 month old to her as well and wow! She is a rockstar with the little ones. She respects their boundaries while also being very efficient and aware of when they have had enough. Definitely recommend Technic Salon!

3 out of four appointments have been cancelled. Tried to get Sydney to call me to make an appointment for this coming weekend and she has not called back… guess my money isn’t good enough…when they want to work ..the products are awesome!! Guess they blocked me!! I have called 4 times last week…after my review someone called me back but didn’t leave a message as I was out of area when they called ..I’ve called back 34 times and was told they will call back…never did…I travel 3¹½ 4 hours to have them do my hair…sad…I make all my appointments for the same weekend…0…0 stars from me!! But if you can get Cody…she is AWESOME!! Sydney did a great job also!!
