VERY unhappy with my haircut. It looks awful. I look like I have a mullet… My hair texture is gorgeous, beautiful natural wavy curls. I asked for a trim and got a COMPLETELY new hair style. The lady was nice, but did not listen to what I asked for. I NEVER asked for short swooping side bangs. I wanted an inch trim to get rid of my dead ends.

Disappointed! Lady cut my hair strait into a bob when I asked to leave the front with a very much longer look. She yelled at me saying she didn’t cut the front when its obvious my right half was still long. I just stood up and tried to explain to her that she overcut my hair and she kept talking over me so I just walked out.

Even tho I took a pic in for them to see i had my hair just kind of rough hacked . She didn’t even trim the back . Very disappointed and even tho there were bad reviews I went anyway cause it’s in walking distance and I have no car. I’ll take a bus to somewhere else. Good luck.
