Super nice, the ladies there are nice but when they get busy they can be really short and not explain things that need to be told to new customers, especially ones who’ve never been tanning, like myself. Also can be off-putting if you ask questions for example like over products they’re looking to sell, but that’s only when they’re busy, which I get but still isn’t right. The salon is very well maintained, very professional, just busy. Also you have to wait at least 24 hours between sessions so start earlier rather than later just so you don’t run into any issues with that time limit (I didn’t know that was law until afterwards). If I didn’t feel like I still had questions or felt more comfortable talking to them about the questions it’d be 5 because it really is a nice place.

I bought a month membership for 69 dollars and went twice and got sick and they couldn’t help me out and let me get at least a cpl more sessions in! I will never be back! Tanning

The staff is great, friendly and very helpful. No complaints about the appearance the staff keeps it very clean. I was breaking out due to the cleaning supplies and they went in and wiped my bed down with a wet rag to prevent it from happening again. I just wish they had two high pressure beds because lately it’s been booked, that time of year I guess. I think these girls deserve a raise because they are constantly on the go, keeping everyone happy has to be frustrating at times I’m sure.

Great beds! Great prices and a variety of package deals. They’re always stocked on lotions and eye protection. The staff is very friendly. Everything is kept clean and beds are always spotless! Their motto is “the best beds in town” & I agree 100%!!

Stagg was really nice with a nice selection of beds. The salon is very clean, I like that you have to be rung in, and they explain everything in detail. Great option of lotions and other merchandise. The only draw back was if you pick the middle package you can only use those 2 beds included and not the regular bed in the package below it.

They also don’t care if you’re or pleased or not. I have a platinum membership and have tried twice to spray tan which is included in my membership. They refused due to appointments. I recently had a very bad reaction to a lotion that I purchased there. But, when I went in to tan today and I told them about it Robin very kindly expressed how sorry she was and even offered me two free sessions and asked me to bring back in the lotion so she could refund my money.
