I’ve had some horrible experiences with salons so I’ve been scared to go to another one. That’s why when I finally got up the nerve to go to Teased my hair was to my waist. But Jess made me feel so comfortable when I showed up for my appointment. She cut my hair (and donated it for me), gave me some rocking highlights, then showed me what products would work best. I haven’t loved my hair this much in a long time. She also cut my daughter’s hair and was so good with her. She made my daughter’s 1st salon experience amazing! THANK YOU JESS!!!!!

The window says walk-ins welcome, so we figured we’d give it a shot. Both stylists were busy and two other customers had just walked in and were sitting down. One stylist greeted these women by name and welcomed them to the store. My daughter and I were not acknowledged. As one stylist finished her client and came up front, the second stylist took the time to acknowledge the other women and give them a time frame of being seen. We were still ignored. The stylist checking out her client continued to chat amicably with her, still ignoring us. About ten minutes into our wait, the second stylist finally asks us if we have an appointment. We do not, but it’s still 2 hours from closing time. She said they’re all booked up then. My advice is, only come to this stylist if you are a regular. If you still want to give it a shot, make an appointment.
