Pictures say it all. I used to love this salon and Kurin but I got no where when I addressed this horrible mistake. I was actually told that if it were her, she’d keep it just like that. Despite how horrendous this is I had to pay 150$ and was also told that it should have been a 225$ service.. for something that I could have messed up myself for 20 bucks. Customer service doesn’t exist there. And now I’m stuck going out like this. Thanks guys

Everyone here is so nice and talented. I love that they work together and help each other. I have gone to Erika and Vanessa and they were both so so good. I have done fun colors, cut, and last time a keratin treatment. My daughter has gone to Taylor twice and she has done amazing as well, especially with my daughters complicated requests . Can’t go wrong though, everyone is great!

Fantastic! Yesterday was my very 1st time there. I truly LOVE the final “master piece” I received from Taylor. Everyone there was super friendly and the decor was awesome – I really wanted a few items for myself! Extremely clean and well maintained. I will definitely return! My hair color is better than I could have.

I called at the last minute to schedule an appointment with Andrew. He has done a fabulous job cutting my hair for years. Unfortunately he was booked and I needed a hair cut pronto. They suggested a new stylist . I was worried the new guy might not be up to Andrew’s standards, but I booked the appointment anyway. I never should have worried. The stylist really cared to do a good job on my hair. As soon as I entered, he consulted with me as to my desired style and suggested some improvements. The end result was wonderful. Unfortunately it was raining outside when the stylist finished my hair. Unbelievably he pulled out an umbrella and walked me across the street to my car, so my hair wouldn’t get messed up. Truly Exceptional Customer Service!!!!!
