Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismMy main complaint about this shop is the hygiene issues. For reopening during a pandemic you would think cleanliness would be the shops main priority, right? They’re running the shop the same as before, no masks, no cleaning in between customers, and no temperature checks. When I was waiting for my stylist to get done with her client who both didn’t have masks on, I ended up walking out. I am not risking bringing COVID home to my family over a salon not wanting to follow health code rules!The staff was also not understanding and gave me a hard time about trying to leave. They tried to charge me $25 for leaving even though cancelation fees aren’t stated anywhere.Service: HairstylingMy main complaint about this shop is the hygiene issues.
