I called the guy answering the phone says “yup” which I assumed was a hello but I just ignored the rude greeting and asked if there was a wait. I was told no. So five minutes later I walk in and next thing I know 40 minutes has passed no one has even looked at me and I had to listen to the dumbest conversation I’ve ever heard. I left your business dumber then when I walked in. If you guys want to talk all day maybe go to therapy idk but I rate this place a zero

People here are hilarious folks who bring culture. It’s your standard black owned barbershop which I love. My first cut here was great, and my second cut was WAY off from what I wanted. Now I’m stuck waiting for my hair to grow back. Great spot to get your standard cut, but I’d be cautious about who in the shop is cutting your hair if you’re looking for something complex or want to stay on the longer hair side for a cut. I probably won’t be back next time to give other folks in the area a chance. Cuts here are $40, which I don’t mind paying, but is also a bit pricey for me, especially after tip. Communication on what you want needs to be made clear to the barber, or you might end up with something you don’t want. If you know what you want, be strict, and be careful with suggestions from your barber. Other than that, you’ll be good here. I will most likely come back eventually.

I took my mom over to get her head shaved due to chemo. They where the most welcoming, sweet, and funniest people ever. I will be coming back again and again for my boys. But I highly recommend them. Their work is amazing. Haircut

I don’t usually write long reviews but this place deserves one. I just went there for the first time this afternoon and was surpised at the amount of detail they spent on my hair. It is now at the top of my list for haircuts and will definitely be a returning customer. The guys there are very welcoming and make sure you get the style you want spending time with the razor and scissors giving me the best haircut I’ve ever had.

They are professional but also comfortable in their own shop. Sometimes they’ll yell across the room for a tempered debate. To me I like that, makes you feel like you’re just chillen with friends. My barber CJ is very cautious in regards to COVID 19. He’ll shake your hand but squirt sanitizer and in his and your hands afterwards. My two critiques is the shops cleanliness and their scheduling. Their floors don’t look like they’ve been mopped and wax any time soon, and same goes for the wiping down of their tables. Their clippers are clean though…I scheduled an appointment but still had to wait an hour after that time. I really didn’t appreciate that. I visited this barber shop because of my job assignment over the summer in the area. I asked for an undercut, with a design. The barber said that he could complete the task, but complained the entire time while cutting my hair. In addition, the barber cut more of my hair than I requested. Due to desperation, I return to the shop 3 weeks later and the barber told me that I didn’t have enough hair to cut. When I’m back east, I get my hair cut every 2 weeks with a new design, every time!
