I almost don’t want to leave a review because then they’ll get busy… but I’ve gotten my nails done here twice and I’m so impressed with the work! The first time I got a regular manicure and pedicure, and the nail polish lasted so much longer than usual without chipping. The second time I got a gel manicure with French tips (pictured) and am so happy with the results! Everyone here takes their time and makes sure the polish goes on smooth and evenly. They do not skimp on the process. I will be coming back here regularly.

My sister and I got got a mani pedi. She got regular and I got gel. But I came in with my 2 weeks old acrylic nails. They said refill and I said yes. They kept asking me if it was acrylic or gel, I said both but they are my real nails not tips. They start soaking my nails in acetone, i thought they were gonna redo them. Nope. Whoever did my nails, cut my finger and did not bother fixing my broken nail that I came in with. There might be some misunderstanding or something but how are you as a business going to let a client walk out with nails that are chunky and uneven?! I was furious with the progress and results… I won’t be coming back.

Ok I know my fingers look weird but LOOK AT THE NAILS. My nails never shape up the way I want because every other manicure I’ve gotten they’ve insisted on filing the heck out of my infant sized nails. But the lady at Tea understood that I like rounded squares YET didn’t want to force anything on my nails. She even helped me pick out the red to match the statement nail colour that I loved. I could not be happier with my nails and I can’t wait for my next nail date.

I have been a returning customer for over a year now and for the most part, for the price have enjoyed my experience here. Recently, I have scheduled appointments twice online and each time I have had the owner call to tell me she is not available. While I appreciate the call, one of which was while I was driving to my appointment minutes before, it would be nice to have the salons actual availability online so that this situation does not happen.
