I called to make an appointment for a hair cut and this rude guy answered very grumpy. Need to be more professional and provide good customer service. A barber gave me his business card months ago when I went to TDK and he was nice on that occasion. I text him and he’s also being kinda rude. I ask for him when I called and they told me there’s no one with that name. Like what the hell !! Business needs improvements.

I sold shoes here in March. When I came to pick up my money the man at the counter was rude and said that he was not able to get in the safe. After the fourth time I went to attempt to get my money they told me the store got robed and that I needed to talk to another person to get my money. Never coming here for a haircut EVER again. Waited over 3 hours for service & none of the 3 guys acknowledged me or said anything about me waiting there for so long. I seen 2 other guys who were walk ins as well go before me. I even know cheaper places than TDk but I go here because the haircuts are on point but I will never spend a dime here or recommend this place. Ever. Again.

Laid back environment. They have some interesting graphic shirts and other clothing. Happy there’s a shoe boutique in Humble now tho. I really go there for a hair cut and so far I’ve sat down in 3 out of 6 barber chairs and have left happy. Needless to say, I’m confident they can all cut hair.

It was my first time Pop hunting and little did I know that charging $50 for an exclusive B.I.G. pop was crazy outrageous. Recently stopped in TDK because a couple of Funko Pops caught my eye. It was my first time Pop hunting and little did I know that charging $50 for an exclusive B.I.G. pop was crazy outrageous. I bought it anyway, but soon realized after checking out other stores and once I got home and checked prices that I was stupidly over charged. Always a problem here… taj is always on his phone when he has customers sitting down waiting for him. Nard messed up my hair & made me wait to get it fixed. When it was something that could’ve been done so quick. Very unprofessional. disappointed with them. Not sure if I will be coming back.
