Critical: Professionalism, ValueVery upset and will not do business here again. At Christmas (12/24/20) I purchased two $100 gift certificates for my daughters. I was not told at the time of purchase that there was a six month expiration date for the gift certificates, and when I went to try to use them today to get manicures and pedicures for me and my two daughters I was told they would not honor them because they were expired. Since when is there an expiration date on gift certificates?! I have been a customer of this salon for over 5 years, spending approximately $200 every 3-4 weeks but after today I’ll take my business elsewhere. I had an amazing experience and loved how my nails turned out for the price! but the reason I am giving them a 3 is because the lady charged my sister $40 for a full set short black nails, now thats a lot for a plain black set!!!

They did a great job, were very nice and patient. They gave us an appt. at almost the last minute. I don’t usually get my nails done so I don’t know much about the pricing but the prices seemed reasonable. And they gave a nice foot massage! Also, I smudged my nail before leaving and the manicurist insisted on fixing it, with a wonderful accomodating attitude! .

I love this place! They are friendly and professional. I have gone here for 5 months to have acrylic nails done. Lovely each and every time. I’ve had 2 pedicures here and highly recommend the scent-pedi. (Any scent is great!) So relaxing. I will go back!

I cannot say enough about this nail salon. I have been to a lot of salons. I cannot believe how wonderful my nails look. My nail tech had so much care and pride in the work she was doing. She asked me many times along the way if I liked the shape, the thickness, the color, the design added. She wanted me to be happy. My acrylic nails nearly feel like my real nails. She went all the way down to my cuticle and did not leave a gap so I have to come back sooner. I did not feel rushed. They are super friendly and easy to talk to. I will absolutely go back even though it is a bit of a drive for me.

I had high Hope’s for this salon based on the reviews but I wint be returning. Pedicure was good not fantastic, a part was skipped that was listed. The full set of white tips were a disaster. They were uneven a d started to separate within days. I did go back and she redid them and they were better but still uneven and had jagged edges.

The people here are really nice and do an excellent job every time! Very clean, comfortable with soothing music and TV to watch. They even message your hands with lotion when they are done. I travel all the way from Marysville to come here.
