Waited for 3 hours to have a fill done. As they’re cutting away from the lifted parts of the nails that have grown out. I lost a nail. Not only did I go in with my daughter to also have her nails and a pedicure done. As I’m getting my nails worked on the guy stop and leaves me there without explanation to move on to another customer and starts her nails. When he skips my daughter who was next. Then to have another lady come over and tell me he’s too tired to finish my set. Which is literally a basic medium set of nails with a solid color. As I’m sitting there filing my own nails. The lady comes to me after almost 30 mins with half done nails to finish mine. At this point I told her we didn’t want any other services. We had been there already 3 hours. She finally finished my nails and rings me up and charged me $47.00!!!! Are you serious. For a fill and a solid color!!! Safe to say she ripped me off and I will never ever go here again!!!

Very upset I’ve never had this happen to me before but there’s always a first. Paid extra for my hand nail’s to be done only for 3 hrs later they look like this!!! Either there the nail polish was expired or the nail tech did something wrong……

The stars are for Holly. She’s great at what she does. The downside is the wait time but, she’s so friendly and treats my daughter and I well. I walked in today and there’s a man that sits in the front and answers the phone while doing nails but he’s not very friendly or professional. I only stayed because of Holly but after today I won’t be returning sadly. He told me she wouldn’t be back until Wednesday and today is Monday about 2:30. He was dismissive and said he couldn’t service us. Honestly, he should be replaced by someone who has more people skills and can better manage the shop.

I waited 3 hrs for a pedicure when I was told 30 mins. Never did the man in the front acknowledge anyone to atleast have the courtesy to apologize about the wait time. I rather be told to come back, also another young lady complained about the shape of her nails to the same guy in the front and he didn’t even apologize or say let me fix them, instead he went to the back to eat something. Until the girl got up and said something to him. This was so unprofessional in so many levels. And the sad part is that this place doesn’t care about their customers. Do not go there unless you don’t care either. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

My wife tried this place out just to see how they are. Now she can’t stop talking about this place. I’m not a mail expert but they don’t come off like the other places she goes to. I can say they look natural. Talk to Marie she won’t do you wrong.

Worst experience ever! I was over charged for the worst nails…The lady looked like she didn’t know what she was doing, didn’t take no time on her work and rushed through everything, she didn’t do anything to prep my nails before adding the acrylic and brushed back and forth really hard on my nails. Overall did a really bad job! I want my money back!!
