Here at TD Nail Spa our staff work to satisfy every one of our customers as an individual. We work to keep a clean and sanitary environment with our sterilizer cleaning all of our metal tools keeping them clean whenever it’s used. We also now offer personal pedicure kits so there is not need to share your file and scrubbing sponges, and we continue to use our plastic liners to keep the pedicure tub clean for your pedicure. TD Nail Spa now have new staff who now offer more Nexgen and Gel manicure and pedicure. Since the stores opening we now offer almost 300 new colors on top of the other 500 plus we already owned. Went in for acrylic on top of my natural nails (my natural nails are coffin shaped), they told me $30 at first and then they started slowly started up charging $5 for the shape. The tech starts doing my nails and tried using a dirty nail file and drill bits that he used on the client before me, he got upset when I asked him to change it out and use a new file. He then goes to cash out his previous client the lady sitting up front then begins speaking to him in Vietnamese about me and my nails. He does my nails and got mad because my entire nail wasn’t covered with product and I pointed it out. He got the product all over my skin/cuticles after that, I asked if he was going to remove it because my service had “ended” and I wasn’t leaving with acrylic all over my cuticles and my nails already lifting before I left. I point it out to the lady because at this point he’s telling me to leave because I’m not happy with my nails and she proceeded to tell me that’s how nails are supposed to be. I won’t be coming back here again, had to go across the street to fix my nails and even they said my nails were incomplete and looked like someone was practicing acrylic on my nails.

I get Nexgen done by Monica (she’s right by the register) and she absolutely ROCKS, I have never been disappointed. Everyone is so nice, accommodating, friendly and funny, especially Bien (she does my pedicures). They are super clean too, as soon as you walk in, you must wash your hands before touching anything and must wear a mask. I get Nexgen done by Monica (she’s right by the register) and she absolutely ROCKS, I have never been disappointed. I have been to this salon twice. Once for a pedicure that I thoroughly enjoyed. My pedicure was done professionally and a month later my toes still look amazing. I went today to get a nexgen dip manicure for a wedding I am attending. The staff was helpful in assisting me on which type of nail service I needed and the gentleman that did my nails explained how this type of dip lasts longer and how my natural nails will grow underneath. I loved my experience.

Service here is normally great that why I gave them two stars. The services I received yesterday was by far was the worst ever. I spent three hours there just to get uneven nails and my toes look like they wasn’t even done. I will not be return back after being a loyal customer for over three plus years.

Terrible! I am new to the area and looking for a new nail salon. I have never experienced such a rude staff in my life. After getting my first nailed shaped I was asked if that was good. When I responded a little more narrow. That for some reason set them off. From then on they were mad. The guy doing my nails no longer wanted to do them. I had to move to a woman. She was extremely nasty the entire time. She kept going on and on about how she could not make my nails any narrower. I have no idea what the issue was but I said whatever just make them all the same length. Everything from that moment on was an issue. I will never go back. I paid $42 to sit for almost 2 hours, for poorly done nails, to be treated completely disrespectfully.

The floor is regularly mopped and sweep, the tools are always sterilized before uses and pedicures are done with one time uses items as well as lined tubs. You won’t find anywhere near this much thought put into hygiene near by.
