I’m new to the area and I am so glad I chose this salon. First off the appointment started right on time. The place is spotless pride of ownership shines through.. Their prices are fair and the quality of work is outstanding. It’s been over a week and no chipping of polish. I will definitely be back.

I have been going here for over a year and usually the service is great. That’s why I always come back. But this time I am so disappointed. This is the worst pedi I’ve ever had. The nail polish isn’t applied correctly, thin in some spots and on some of my toes is a layer of clear nail polish that I’m now trying to pick off. Massage was way shorter than it usually is and not good. Add the bloody toe to it and it just was an overall complete waste of money. I will probably redo this myself at home.

Very clean facility…but very unfriendly staff. I visited for 8 months…booked via telephone for Jenny and was confirmed only to arrive and was “deferred” to Mercy with Jenny claiming never to have received my call nor confirmed my appointment after 3 previous appointments with her. Yesterday I had a regular manicure- I was excited about my nails being done before my 40th anniversary. Sadly, within 24 hours all my nails were chipped . I called today to have the polish redone and was quoted $10. When I got there I was mortified because the client at the first station shamed me by saying that I only had a regular manicure and if i had a “dip” I wouldn’t have this problem!! The male manager scolded me but I wanted to pay, not get a free manicure. I actually left in tears. I’m not savvy about the new trends- but I know when I’m not welcome in an establishment. I’ll look forward or do things myself..

Sparkling clean salon, wonderful and fun personalities and professionalism that words can’t even describe!! Wilson is a hoot for sure and the gals are super. Best pedicure I’ve ever had! Unlike the previous salon I went to, your artist pays attention to you and the work they are doing rather than being pre-occupied with everything else that is going on in the salon leaving you sitting there wondering how long this will take. Also, your nail health is their number one priority rather than piling product over product over product on top and not ever removing it but just ripping at your nails enough to put more on. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI had both manicures and pedicures two weeks in a row, wanting to make sure I would be getting what I wanted for my upcoming daughters wedding. The first experience was very poor quality, and the manicure lasted less than 24 hours.The second week was much better and I was helped by one of the owners. So I made an appointment for the following week, explaining ether special occasion and that I wanted to make sure the results were good.When I arrived for my appointment, I was not going to be serviced by the owner as arranged, but by the employee that did the terrible job on my first round of services.Needless to say, I was not okay with this, and did not accept the changed appointment. Both owners scolded me because they booked an hour for me and thought I should not cancel last minute, even though they were the ones changing my appointment to the unexperienced employee that had previously done such a poor job, and this was for My Daughters Wedding!I understand giving an inexperienced employee a learning curve, but not at full price, and not for a special occasion. And the icing on the cake was that scolded me.
