Wanted to charge me $20 to take just my nails off without a manicure. The man was rough on my nails and it hurt. Not recommend going here.

I asked for the simplest set of nails to be done, and it didn’t happen. Rhinestones that were meant for art and crafts were used on my nails and completely covered in nail glue . 4 days after getting the set done, nails have already started breaking down to my real nails, because the acrylic was put on paper thin. I wanted to leave a review during my appointment. It was that bad. First issue, applied two nails but it took nearly 13 minutes for the man to find a nail for for my next finger. He began to sort nails, seemingly being irritated by nails being in the wrong slot. After a long wait he gets up and gets a new box of nails.. second issue.. I asked for coffin shaped nails. He made half of them square and some were longer than others. My nails took over an hour and 15 mins. Nothing special just black nails. The next issue- I got to work and commented to my co worker how cheap the nails felt. Thin and like they were just press ons. Within 1 day an entire nail came off.. within 5 days all ten. $60 for a set of acrylics seems odd to me.. the sides lifted a thin days. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Do not recommend. The man who did my pedicure and dip was rushing…and was very aggressive with my pedi and I said out loud “ouch” on more than one occasion. And shortest pedi ever! And the dip on my hands is bumpy, thick and I redid the shape when I got home. It’s as if he didn’t want what I wanted but what HE wanted. Very strange place…I also made my appt at 10am arrived on time kept arguing that it was 11. Okay buddy. SURE. Take your business elsewhere!

They were over 20 minutes late for my appointment. They had no idea how to take off the dipping powder I had on and from so much drilling my nails are now paper thin- I even tried to explain just wrapping the nails in foil after some filing. The lady needed me to plug in one of their tools to the outlet and in doing so my thumb nail broke. There is shellac on my cuticles. And as a kicker, they couldn’t break my $20 bill into anything except two tens for tip.

They never honor your appointment time. Today I came in, they had 2 people working and just took 2 people with no appointment at my appt. time. They just started. Last time, I waited 45 minutes. Same thing. They are nice and do a good job, but if you are on a schedule go elsewhere. I wish they did better with honoring appointments.

My wife and I went to get pedicures for our anniversary. I had a stellar experience, I could not recommend the woman who did mine enough. My wife comparitvely said the gentleman who did her pedicure only did an average job. The overall experience was good though, will definitely be back.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI have been here multiple times and have not had an issue. Today I went for a pedicure and found they are not following safety protocols in terms of distancing. They are lax about cleaning in between customers and they are not sanitizing some of the tools in between customers. The disposable things used to pumice your feet are being reused. The place was dirty. The chair did not work and the Polish job was terrible. Unfortunately I will not be going back. They are lax about cleaning in between customers and they are not sanitizing some of the tools in between customers. The disposable things used to pumice your feet are being reused. $21 for a paint less manicure?! Laughed out loud asked if the woman made a mistake, thinking she mixed the numbers around and meant $12. No mistake. Huge rip off. Do not recommend.
