Critical: ProfessionalismI waited 30 minutes before someone came to do my pedicure while my feet were in the water. I was waiting on a manicure with gel and someone else came in that did not have an appointment. So, I paid for my pedicure and walked out. I had been in the shop for 2 hours and 30 minutes. The shop was not even full. Very bad customer service. I normally do not complain but this was the worse. This was my 4 th time coming and will be the last. All they had to do was service me that had been waiting before proceeding to the walk in without an appointment. But she did bring them candy. I waited 30 minutes before someone came to do my pedicure while my feet were in the water. I was waiting on a manicure with gel and someone else came in that did not have an appointment. So, I paid for my pedicure and walked out. I had been in the shop for 2 hours and 30 minutes. The shop was not even full. Very bad customer service. I normally do not complain but this was the worse. Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI’m not sure how this place got to have a 4.1 rating- I mean why? It’s a dirty hole in the wall with old equipment and the pricing is the same as a new salon in Buckhead. Just crazy. I went here out of desperation bc there was an accident preventing me from getting to my normal salon. As for the work itself, it was ok. After a few hours, the jewels have begun to come off and some of the paint is around the edges of my cuticles but she managed to keep the shape I had before. I’m not sure how this place got to have a 4.1 rating- I mean why? It’s a dirty hole in the wall with old equipment and the pricing is the same as a new salon in Buckhead. Just crazy.
