I went at 11:54 am to get a Gel Manicure and Pedi, they was a little busy which was ok. I put my name on the sign in sheet and before I left asked about how long or an estimate it would take for me to be up for what I wanted. The tech said” ohhh about an hr, maybe less” I said, “ ohhh that’s great, I’ll wait just call me when ready”. She said sure sure. 3 hrs passed and nobody never called me, so I went back up there and asked and…… she told me ohhh it’s going to be about 2 or 3 hrs. I said you know my name is on the sheet since 15:54 and it’s 3:05 pm right…. She said to me yea we busy and just walked away.

Critical: QualityI went with a friend to get my nails done and one thing I can say about them is that they’re good with cleaning with pedicures and etc but one thing that made me give them a 1 star. And I’m not even the type of person who leaves reviews but to me this was unacceptable. Because every nail salon have a place for someone to sit and let their toes or hands dry and they did not have one. They just sprayed something on my toes thinking it was going to fast dry, so I just gave it the benefit of the doubt. But when walking out my toes were smudged and I left them know and she fixed it but in a rush and she and the other employees were upset about me telling them about their job on letting me know when it’s dry or not to leave the store. But they were to worried about closing instead of checking on customer’s service. They need to do better with quality. Because if a pedicure is $27!! With regular polish added ! Then I’m going to make sure I get my $27 worth of toes. I didn’t get the chance to get serviced so I couldn’t give 5 stars. I can’t give my own testimony on their work but I’ll assume they’re good because they have a ton of ppl who are willing to wait long hours to get their nails done by them. Given I’m from out of town I decided not to wait. I would recommend trying them but be prepared to wait even if you go early in the morning. They had ppl who were there from 10am when I got there and I left at 4pm and they still hadn’t been served yet.

The salon was empty but I still had to wait 20 minutes for service. The nail tech was eating breakfast while making me wait and she knew I was waiting. She still did a good lash application.
