Customer service was great, they were very friendly. But both my mom and I are upset with our nails. Granted I had a hard design (inspo vs what I got below) but I was having to correct him so many times I finally just gave up on the design and more importantly, the nails aren’t an even thickness (there’s bulges from excess paint) and the don’t trim your cuticles.. they file them. I left bleeding and was immediately sore (still am the day after).

I LOVED this place. I will now be going here when I need my nails done even though it’s a drive. I am 34 weeks pregnant almost 35 and the nail tech who did my nails was SO sweet and kind. She moved out my chair for me, helped me get up from the pedicure chairs, and worked with what I wanted. I am having a boy but had a maternity valentine photo shoot the next day (being today) and I loved my nails in the pictures. When I get them sent to me, I will definitely trade out the bottom pic for one of the pics of me holding my belly with the nails they gave me I wish I knew the name of this nail tech because she was truly amazing. Even talked to me and asked questions about my pregnancy and shared her experiences with her son. I will now recommend this place to the people I know. It has an almost 5 star rating and I wouldn’t question why. All nail techs were very sweet.

I was looking for a new nail salon because mine closed down. I gave them a try and have been coming here for the last 5 months. The staff is really nice. I don’t normally complain but this is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had getting my nails done. The picture shows her original finished job. The arrows indicate where she sliced my skin open with the dremel and nail file. She also had the audacity to tell me that my previous set was ugly/bad.

They are so professional and clean. On my last visit I walked in at 6:30 (they close at 7:30), and told them I wanted a pedicure but that I could come back the next day for dip if there wasn’t time. They insisted that they could do both. MyMy still took her time and I had the best experience. She insisted on giving me a neck massage and lotion for my hands before I left even though it was 8. I’m so picky when it comes to nail salons and this is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. My mom lives in Tulsa and will wait to get her nails done for when she comes to visit so that she can get them done here.
