Been having trouble getting in contact about a pre order item i ordered the first time months ago i got a response saying it’ll be made in a week once i order went to order the site was down . Countless emails and text to their number no reply . Dmd on instagram to get a response that’s says I’ll look into your order . I got one bang clip piece in my order b due to the poor communication I’ve had i don’t want the product anymore but no where to cancel since i never received confirmation info.
