Critical: Quality, ValueResults were never what I expected and paid for except the very 1st time I went. Thats why I went back after that time. Had to go back for corrections and could feel natural eyelashes ripped out during the correction. Asked for a different lady after that time. I had numerous people comment about the glue gunks on the lashes as well as one person said they looked like little stubs on my eyes because they were ridiculously short. I even had one person try to reach for my eye to wipe away what they thought were eyelashes just hanging there downwards. I stopped her and explained they can’t be pulled out because it’ll rip out my real lashes too. I Asked for a refund and was ignored. I would have gladly let them remove these things for the refund as long as it was done with the removal product and nothing being yanked out. l Would not recommend this place. The 2 women were very nice who did the work but besides that I did not like what I paid 180.00 for. That did include the tip though. Critical: QualityI got my eyebrows waxed and she said “just cleaning up the middle and underneath” and then when she showed me my brows in the mirror at the end of the appointment they were nearly gone. She waxed off far too much hair and they are no longer the same shape. It will take months to grow back the hair and repair the damage done. I got my eyebrows waxed and she said “just cleaning up the middle and underneath” and then when she showed me my brows in the mirror at the end of the appointment they were nearly gone. She waxed off far too much hair and they are no longer the same shape. It will take months to grow back the hair and repair the damage done. Would not recommend.
