I came here because my regular nail tech across town was booked solid for 3 days straight and I was in a bind. Clean establishment and nice staff however the technique/shaping definitely needs work. I asked for coffin shape with the exception of my ring fingers being stiletto. Each nail is shaped differently from the others and the “stiletto” is different on each side of the same nail. The middle finger nail on my left hand was also much different than the right, the tech tried his best to make them the same but the quality is just not as good as other places I have been. I wouldn’t personally recommend this place to anyone based off of work quality.

It seems like I have gotten more than it the usual amount of pedicures lately. Therefore I think I’m in a good position to say that this is a good place. They spent the right amount of time on my feet without cutting corners. I would go again. Everyone was very nice

Critical: QualityThe salon is very nice, clean, staff was friendly. I got a gel manicure and it was not the best. The nail tech didn’t even paint the whole nail, some sides were not painted and then it began to chip 3 days in. Two nails fully chipped off 5 days in and I called to get it fixed and I got a lot if attitude, saying they only honor redoing nails a week past but would make an exception for me. I go in and they were stand-offish to me, ended up redoing all my nails because other nails were beginning to chip. Second round of nails look great until now, I have two nails already chipped, three days later. Waste of money and time.The salon is very nice, clean, staff was friendly. I love TC Nails & Spa! They are always polite and greet you by name. My nails always look amazing and he shapes them great! They always say if there is an issue, they will fix it for free. There never are any issues though! Also, they have a rewards program which most places do not have! I love them!
