Over charged for horrible service .. first I waited over an hour just to get seen . Soaked my nails and then he proceeded to rip my real nail on two fingers making me bleed .. besides that he put the tips on and was crooked on my left pinky I told him he told me “it’s just ur finger” I said no. I have had my nails done for over 4 years now they come out crooked ??? For my own finger issues? No sorry I proceeded to tell him to fix it as he did .. then he finished up leaving air bubbles inside the sealed nail . He polished them and didn’t even dry them . A lady sprayed some stuff on for a quick dry? Horrible the whole time the owner was telling my family to take the baby’s out of the building . He didn’t like kids in the store..

I went in for a pedicure today and the lady never asked me what shape I wanted it. I thought that every pedicure they always do the square shape but she didn’t even ask me and only went for it I was expecting a square shape but she did a round shape I left home so disappointed

DO NOT go here. Not for acrylics at least I am 100% sure they use MMA which is dangerous to your nails… It took a whole 1 hour and 30 minutes to remove the acrylics, not only did they take a while to come off they kept drilling to remove them.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI know it’s a long read but please read before you decide to go here. DO NOT COME HERE. I have been coming here for 7+ years to get my eyebrows done and never have I had a problem with them until now. I went in Monday to get my acrylics taken off. I usually go somewhere else for my nails but I was in a rush and needed them off ASAP so I decided why not since I was next to it. As the woman was taking them off I felt a really bad pain on my left ring finger. When I look down there’s exposed skin were a piece of my nail had to come off. I was in a rush so I paid and I left but once I got off of work I called to speak to someone about a partial refund because my nail was in excruciating pain where it would hurt to even run water on it. Once I got on the phone and explained what was wrong and offered to come in the next day to show them, the lady on the phone kept blaming me saying it’s my fault that my nail ended up like that and saying that they’ve been there for 20 years and they know what they’re doing. This completely shook me because she didn’t even want to look at my nail before putting the blame on me which is horrible customer service. I told her I was going to be coming in to speak to the manager tomorrow and she agreed and I hung up. Tomorrow comes and I go in and I asked politely for the manager when he had the chance. I show my nail and explain what happened and the manager insisted that it was still my fault and the nail salon that I went to before was in the wrong, that they damage my nail when they put the acrylic on. Now I have been getting my nails done for a very long time and this has never happened before whether they soak the nails off or pry them off I have never had this happen at the many nail salons I’ve been to before. At this point after speaking to the rude lady on the phone and having the manager blame me I wanted a full refund. The manager only gave me 25% back and even as I was walking out the door he still kept insisting that it was my fault and it was the salons fault before I had to come to them. Don’t come to this salon, I’ve given my business to them for 7+ years and the manager argued with me in front of all the customers that were sitting there it was unbelievable. I would also like to mention that the manager wasn’t wearing a mask when I came in when it was me and two other customers there. I will be posting us review everywhere and reporting them to the CDC for not wearing a mask. It’s just unbelievable that you gave a business your money for so many years and they treat you like that . Trust me there are plenty of other places that are nicer, have better nail techs, and where you can get your moneys worth. I recommend going to Joe’s nail salon in Manassas.
