Where do I begin. It was the worst nail experience ever. I came in with a gel set and she couldn’t take it all off. I trusted they knew how to do their job and waited to see what she would do. She took pieces of my gel off and left others on there. She then just painted over them like nothing. This has never happened to me before and when I mentioned it she stated that it always happens when u get your gel set off. This has never happened to me. She still charged the full price, although it was a mess and she cut my cuticles deeply. I’m for sure never going back and I hope no one has to experience that ever. I’m extremely disappointed. The cherry on top of all of it is that the OWNER did my nails!

Critical: ProfessionalismSo , I took my mom there yesterday for a pedicure and a manicure. First of all I had to ask if the Clippers were clean as I watched her take them out of the draw.. She said yes but I highly doubt it! Second of all she was watching a soap opera on her cell phone the whole time while doing the pedicure. I did ask her to let my mom sit a couple of mins for her nails to dry before doing the manicure. She decided to do the manicure while sitting in the pedicure chair! Which was very uncomfortable for my mom. She took less than 15 minutes to do a manicure. It is extremely rude to be watching a soap opera on your cell phone while doing peoples nails!!! Thank you Kathy for the great job tonight on my Manicure and Pedicure and the works. I tried the dip nails and I love the way they came out. The new owners are very friendly and nice. They go above and beyond to keep people happy. They even took care of my sister’s nails. I would recommend anyone to see Kathy. My last pedicure lasted a long time and they looked great.

Acrylic fill with French manicure. I feel because I opted out of getting gel polish to save a little money they decided I wasn’t worth putting effort in. She put acrylic only half way up none on the tips. None on the tips means two had broken while cooking dinner that evening. And over the next 4 days 3 other tips cracked or chipped. I wasn’t overdoing it with my hands either. I never leave reviews but I feel like this needs to be known. I should have realized that when she then spent about 10 seconds filing each nail after that when they stated to grow out a little the started looking wonkey around the edges. I’m so disappointed in my service. I used to frequent this nail salon before I had my child but now I know never to go back and also to tell my friends never to go.

The atmosphere is great for relaxing. My pedicure was amazing – she didn’t rush and the final look was flawless. The manicure could have used the same touch (it felt a little rushed), but it still came out nice. The price was pretty good, too!

I am very pleased with both the service level and cleanliness. Hardworking people with the clients satisfaction always in mind. Prior to new ownership, I had problems with chipping etc. Kathy has been my go to girl for years. (Followed her from the previous salon) I tend to be conservative in style, however for special events Kathy and her coworkers have encouraged me to try different things. I always leave with mani & pedi looking great!!

New ownership, terrible quality. Inconsistent work even during the same visit. Misshapen tips, clumpy uneven polish on one nail, thin barely covering the nail tips polish on most of the others.

I go to this nail salon frequently and always enjoy my visit. The staff is always very welcoming and accommodating and do a great job. If I ever have an issue they make sure to take care of it no problem, always very friendly and good prices good prices.

I went here with my sister in law and will Never go back! New owner and it is Not as clean as it was with previous owner! The girl I had was new and two workers were arguing when lotion should on my pedicure?! I ended up with Awful infection of cuticle on one toe and had to be put on antibiotic and soak foot three times a day!! Don’t go here!!! It’s definitely not worth it!!
