Was very disappointed again. Thought i would give another try. I was rushed.. left with nail color on my fingers and was told to keep wahing and it would come off. Also not very good with manicure. Changing to another place in auburn. French manicures

I went here on a Wednesday at around 1 and no one (customes) was there. They were pretty quiet so the artist who did my nails took her time and was really nice. Usually I dread getting my nails done because the people doing them always act like they are annoyed and hate their job and rush. However, I felt like because I went during an off time I got good service. They dont look like the photo I showed her though which is why I had to dock a star.. I wanted the “pink” of the nail to have a more natural healthy nail look but it turned out a solid baby pink color instead. I dont really like the color pink with my skin tone but its not the end of the world. She still did a great job and I hope I get her next time I come in.

I never wrote anything bad about the place… But I couldn’t stop myself to say about this salon. I was going to this place almost a year and I never had such a big experience like I had today. Boys of this salon doing great job., but THE owner of this place make my nails this time, and how you can see, she didn’t do it a good job! The same is painting my toes! I told her to fix it, she kind of tried…. But how I could see she was really annoyed with me! Feels like she didn’t even understand what is the problem here… I know she does, but probably she doesn’t care! Really disappointed! For now on will try to find a better place. I m truly not recommend!

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismMy daughter got a manicure and nail polish was all over her fingers it looked like a kindergartner painted them. I received a full set of nails first the technician did not clean the station and used a dirty towel from the previous customer. I wanted gel nails but was never asked and technician did acrylic.”my bad for not speaking up” I asked for almond shaped nails all the nails were shaped with a sharp curve on the left side and straight on the right. I asked for black color and got dark blue. I was never once asked if I like the shape or the length. Let me just start off by saying I’m a very extremely picky person in terms of my nails. I love my nails to look as natural and thin as possible with the dipping powder. As you may know depending on the nail technician sometimes it comes out looking more on the thicker side. When trying out this nail salon for the first time I experienced my concerns up front and with no hesitation they told me they would be able to achieve a more natural look. Next, I asked for a pedicure. At most place pedicures are very quick and the nail technicians takes very little time to massage your feet. Well during my pedicure I have never experienced a person really take their time to message my feet but on top of that my calves as well. I was extremely happy with my results and I experienced a very relaxing time. I will continue to recommend this salon to all my coworkers and family members!!! TRUST ME, if anyone knows me I have never took the time to write a review for a service I have experienced. Hopefully that tells you something. They are very good !!!!

My heels are usually rough and calloused, and every pedicure I’ve ever had until now hasn’t solved that at all. Now my heels are smooth and soft. Would definitely recommend T&C. After reading the reviews and having had one mediocre experience here before I was wary about going back. But I had a gift card and decided I would give it another shot. I went in the morning so it was not very busy yet. I got right in the chair and Jan gave me one of the best spa pedicures I’ve ever had. Will be going back and requesting her for sure.

I’ve been coming here for 6 years every three weeks since I moved into the area. I see Trina and she is the best nail tech anywhere. No weird edges or crooked nails and she’s fast like lightning. I get my lashes done by Andy and he is so sweet and gentle. I was his very first client for lashes and he has never hurt me. Not once has he poked me in the eye or slipped in years. I feel so comfortable with him that most appointments I sleep through. I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve been more expensive places that were nowhere near as good. The owners and other workers have become friends. This place seems like just one of those places in the mall when you first go in but when you get to know everyone you realize this is a family business that is family oriented. We share laughs and friendships. I love this salon.
