Literally the only place I go to! Great service and its such a laid back place, I don’t feel like everyone is judging me when I go into here, the atmosphere is so friendly! I got a full set of acrylics done with gel polish and I showed her the picture, she laid out how much the price would be and explained each detail with its price turned out to be $104 but for the work she did I would pay it again, so stunning and I am in love with my nails!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHey guys just wanna tell ya I went here and this was the only place that didn’t hang up on me. They answered all of the questions that I had. I called and asked what time I should come in and they were available and got me right in. I usually get regular polish but it’s not worth it just gets chipped off the very next day. I got gel this time and it’s been like 5-6 days since I got my nails done. I love them and she didn’t cut my nails and she was really respectful. I like to grow my nails out so I don’t like them down low to the bottom. I live how my nails came out. Oh and by the way the gel nails were $35. Hey guys just wanna tell ya I went here and this was the only place that didn’t hang up on me. They answered all of the questions that I had. Critical: ProfessionalismWent in with a simple idea of what I wanted & the nail tech pretty much demanded I get gel nails. I asked if it wasn’t a style she could do then maybe I’d find a different style. She was very demanding that I do “gel nails”. A different tech stepped in,completed my pedicure as requested, did my nails but she too still completed work opposite of my request. They charged me for a service I DID not request. Complete waist of time & energy. This is supposed to be a relaxing time. Even after calling & asking how they could fix the matter, they felt no need to resolve.. Upon calling & stating how they seemed to over charged me the individual who answered the phone completely gas lighted the whole issue by just sitting on the phone not saying one word.. They really failed to accept the responsibility. Could have been an easy fix.
