Kim is very good at waxing and does very good mani and pedi. I drive an hour to get my services done and it’s well worth it. She takes her time and is very precise on what I want done. My eyebrows are usually uneven, but she gets them looking the best everytime. The manager (I think) talked about me to all other customers for 2 hrs and had me wait for 30 mins but over phone told me to come in right away. Critical: Professionalism, QualityOmg please don’t yall!! I have never ever in my life had my nails done so poorly. I had to stop and cut those things off there’s no way in hell I could ever ever pay for those. I was so upset. I kept telling her she was putting them on crooked I was begging her to please just do them right I hadn’t had my nails done in so long and I just wanted them to look good. It so bad I won’t even post the picture because I’m embarrassed that they were on my fingers. Then she started freaking out on me I laughed until she said something about my kids and then….
