I have to admit that I am addicted to my visits at TBH Skincare. All the staff are truly amazing. From the time I am greeted at the door by Emma to the time I leave, I am completely relaxed and enjoy the soothing atmosphere and relaxation I experience with each visit. Tiffany and Amy give absolutely wonderful facials and know exactly what my skin needs with each visit. The neck and scalp messages have me completely relaxed by the time I leave regardless of how stressed I am when I arrive. I have recommended to all my friends and highly recommend that you try this hidden gem in Indian Trail for all your skin care needs. Their products are top notch as well. You won’t be disappointed!

Every time I enter TBH, it’s a magical experience. The energy & atmosphere is always soothing + uplifting. Not to mention the services are truly a treat. I recently had a facial with TIFF & felt like a goddess not only during the treatment, but for weeks and weeks to follow. She had me rejuvenated, glowing and looking forward to returning. Thankful for the knowledge and skills from tiff & the entire staff. Everyone is so welcoming. This is such a special spa, forever recommend!!!! 5 shooting stars.

The place is very nice and the staff is friendly but I do not recommend a wax here. I got a Brazilian yesterday and had what seemed like too much hair left when it was over. Day 2 and there are tons of short hairs popping out that tells me she broke the hair versus pulling it from the follicle. Also extremely broken out lots of pain for bad results.

I had a lovely first time visit at tbh! Leigh Ann procured an amazing variety of services to tackle the issues I badly needed attending to. The atmosphere is so cozy, warm and tranquil. All the little details make you confident that the ladies really love what they do. I felt more cared for than any spa in the city I have been to before. I can’t wait to go back!

Incredible spa in Charlotte!! I’m so happy I found them. They take such great care of your skin and are so generous with their time and energy. I’ve been to many spas in the Charlotte area but no one compares to TBH Skincare! I’ve had treatments with both Leigh Ann and Tiffany and I couldn’t be happier. I’m working on clearing up my acne and they have been so helpful with advice and do great extractions! Highly highly recommend TBH Skincare!!!!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had my first facial at tbh Skincare on Saturday and it was the best facial that I’ve had (and I’ve had a lot)! Scheduling was super easy and the receptionist was friendly and helpful when I arrived. The spa was beautiful and it smelled like heaven. My appointment was with LeighAnn and she took time listening to my concerns, evaluating my skin, and then she gave me her recommendation for which facial she thought would work best for what I was trying to accomplish. It was the most relaxing facial that I’ve ever had and my skin looked amazing immediately afterwards and still looks amazing today. From the moment you walk through the door it feels welcoming and relaxing. The staff is extremely courteous and professional. I had a lash tint and lift by Leigh Ann and they turned out amazing! Love everything about this spa and will definitely be back!
