Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI just left TBD Nails and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Let me start by saying that I chatted with Emma through Google Chat before making my appointment. She was responsive and answered all of my questions after I sent her pictures of nail art that I was interested in getting.Judy was my technician. She was pleasant and awesome! It was easy to have conversation with her while she worked on my nails. I am somewhat picky with my nails and it’s hard to find technicians who do nail designs. Even more hard to find technicians that are super confident and do the style of geometric and abstract art that I like to do. Judy told me to check out each nail design after she was done drawing it to make sure I was satisfied, before letting it dry under the lamp. She wasn’t intimidated by the design at all and worked with a lot of confidence. The rest of the staff kept coming over to check out her work as well.After just moving back to New Orleans, it’s been hard to find my go to nail place. I may have just found it.
