I’ve bee coming here for years. Sadly this was my last time. The past 5-10 times I’ve come here, after making an appointment, I’ve had to wait in the waiting area for upwards of 30 minutes. After that, put into the pedicure chair with my feet in cold water for 45 minutes before anyone started on me. There are now only two people working. I understand being overwhelmed, but please take that into consideration when people make appointments. No one should make an appointment for a certain time and then receive their services over an hour later. This has happened multiple times to not only me, but my mother, sister and multiple friends of mine. As much as I love this place, this will be all of our last visit. Between making people wait a ridiculous amount of time, and rushing peoples nails and having them come out horrible, they really need to make some changes. I can see why they have been losing business lately. I hope you take all of this into consideration before making an appointment. If not, put aside 3 hours of your day for your pedicure.

The guy that did my nails wasn’t very friendly and made me feel uncomfortable. I went in there to get my nails fixed and something cute with designs and they didn’t even give me the option. They said to pick a color from their book and that was all I could choose from. And when I got home my nail broke. So I won’t be back and I’ll definitely not recommend this place to anyone I know. Maybe you have to know these people to get good service.

Very disappointed. I have been coming here for years. They made me wait an hour with my hands soaking so I can get a new set. I had an appointment but she took other people that came in much later. Not sure what happened to this place. I used even come here when I was visiting from San Diego. I could have taken my own nails off for free. She had the nerve to ask if I wanted to leave a tip.

I started coming here since i moved to montclair. Was good . Nice workers then it went horrible first owner UGLY ATTITUDE AND RUDE. Stoped going when i go back new ownera SUPER NICE PEOPLE. Now i go back for a refill qnd New Management and shes Rude and doesnt let who you want to do your nails. And even with an appt they took for ever. Didnt do a good job on my mani & pedi. My 2 big toes were already giving me trouble i had been there less than a week. NOT GOING BACK. Need to find me a new place. ANY RECOMENDATIONS ??? Why is it that if you find a good girl to do your feet and they know what u like already why is it hard for them or they get upset when you want that specic girl and not the one they trying to put on you. Why are they like that????

This place is again under new management although the last guy was really good an sweet but these new girls not so good I told the girl I had a crack in my nail may need a new nail she no I can fix it only a few days I’ve had my fill an it broke along with 3 others normally my fills last at least 3 weeks until the next an there prices went up i here they dropped a few polish’s I got the ombré polish an she was shocked when it turned a different color I’m like ummm shouldn’t u already know this hahaha ya not going back

I will not be going to this place anymore. I got a pedicure on 8-20-22 and Lilly cut my big toe. It got badly infected, which I can only assume due to unclean tools.

Super bad experience at this place. Never coming here again the lady ann was rude and made my wife’s nails look really lumpy and uneven . Told her to fix them and she acted like it was my wife being extra. Never go here go somewhere else so many nail places in the area don’t waste your money .

Love it! First time going in yesterday I was helped right away and the gentleman attending to my nails was absolutely wonderful. I enjoyed every minute and my nails came out exactly how I wanted ☺️ I will definitely be returning! Thank you.

Not bad if you don’t mind getting cut, stabbed and end up bleeding by the end of it. I’ve gone here on multiple occasions and more often then not I end up getting hurt. Just went last week for a pedicure and ended up with 3 infected toes from getting cut from the lady doing it. I’ve been giving them the benefit of the doubt for a few months, but won’t be returning for any more work.
