Positive: ProfessionalismI have long thick curly hair and almost 75% grey. Emily has always ensured complete grey coverage even with my ever changing hair color requests. Emily is knowledgeable and realistic with expectations. This is important to me especially since I have changed my color over the years. She takes the time to explain how color works on hair and what to expect. I think Communication is so important when it comes to a stylist/client relationship.
