She captures exactly what I am looking for every time and has made a lifetime client out of me! She does not rush through the process and is always pleasant to talk to! Highly recommend! I went in March 2021 with ginger/orange hair & asked the salon OWNER to give it a more copper tone and add blonde highlights in the front of my curtain bangs. i showed her reference pictures with the exact colour i wanted. I also asked her to cut not even an inch off my hair so that i could keep length, even if i still had some dead on the ends. she told me she could do all of that, except the colour because she would have to make a SHADE darker because of the gold tones in my hair. thinking it would still be copper, i agreed. not only did she cut my hair that was down to my waist to my collarbones, she also coloured my hair a dark brown with two pieces of blonde in the front, making it impossible to get back to the original ginger colour myself. in my opinion, if you have the option to go somewhere else, do it. this place absolutely ruined my hair.
