Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been going to salons for 13 years and not once have I gotten such low quality treatment and experienced such little professionalism. 1. No one tells you that you don’t get your hair dried, mind you it was after my work shift I’m not talking about getting a blowout, i’m talking they washed my hair after my color treatment and then proceeded to say “you can dry your own hair if you want” with too much attitude; this was after i waited for 15 minutes for someone to come as i was NOT instructed that this is what “they do”. As i come up to the front desk to ask where my stylist was the girl at the front, had blonde curly hair, was so snippy and rude and honestly was the main reason I will never go back or ever refer anyone here. Along with telling me the price of my service over the phone, I get there and get charged 30$ over what they said i was going to be paying. I have been going to salons for 13 years and not once have I gotten such low quality treatment and experienced such little professionalism. 1. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got my appointment fairly quickly for haircut and single processed color in this salon in spite of COVID restrictions.After having an appointment today I truly understood why that could happened.Quality of service doesn’t matter.What is more important is income for the business.When I called for an appointment I was told that every one is extremely good and experienced so choosing one stylist over another make truly no difference ,so I decided to take a chance. Now I understand how misleading recommendations were .One more time perhaps I was naive to trust Receptionist with her recommendation.My haircut I can consider as complete fiasco too short not the style I wanted.I feel I have no hair on my head.Inspite of my comments during haircut hairstylist seems to ignore my concerns and keep going with her own ideas. Huge disappointment! I got my appointment fairly quickly for haircut and single processed color in this salon in spite of COVID restrictions.After having an appointment today I truly understood why that could happened.Quality of service doesn’t matter.What is more important is income for the business.When I called for an appointment I was told that every one is extremely good and experienced so choosing one stylist over another make truly no difference ,so I decided to take a chance. The product that was used on my hair was gone after first hair wash. Horrible experience. Very unprofessional. Never will advise this place to anybody.Services: Hairstyling, Haircut
