TERRIBLE!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR NAILS DONE CORRECTLY !! I went here and not only were my nails not filed correctly meaning they were bumpy BUT , I barely tapped mine the next night and it popped STRAIGHT OFF !! called and they said “ we will fix the nail AND give you a refund ! Just come in tomorrow . “ so we did . We walked in told them what the person on the phone said and they said “Okay ! Come right over here !” They fixed the nail only one not the rest , & then proceeded to say “ WE FIXED YOUR NAIL ! You get NO REFUND WE FIX!!! “ clearly they said fix and refund on the phone earlier ! THEN they said FINE WE WILL GIVE YOU REFUND TAKE EM OFF ! And COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY EMBARRASSED ME ! CLIP EACH AND EVERY ONE OFF CROOKED ! Then proceeded to talk about me in front of another customer ! Only for them to say “ DONT COME BACK .” Terrible customer service ! And confusing employees ! They lack the skill of communication! DO NOT GO HERE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR NAILS AND MONEY !

Critical: QualityI asked for the pink to be closer to the top and they Didn’t do my cuticles all the way my nails are already looking like they need to be done again and I just got them done last week the other place I was going to I would have to go and get my nails done again to three weeks so they did a poor job here with doing my nails

Salon has lots of nail techs but tend to focus on the regulars first. I was told 10 minutes and sat for an hour, desk attendant moved me to nail techs table, thinking someone was coming to do my nails… Finally got up and walked out.

Critical: QualityI was reluctant to go to Taylor Nails because of all the bad reviews but I chose to decide for myself. Upon arrival I was greeted and was directed to a pedicure chair right away. My pedicurist was Cindy. She took her time and did a wonderful job, that is, until the polishing happened. She did a poor job polishing my toes and I had to point out mistakes multiple times. Low and behold the polish on my right big toe chipped 2 days later and the polish on my left big toe chipped the day after that. I work a lot so I don’t have the time to go back and get it fixed. I was reluctant to go to Taylor Nails because of all the bad reviews but I chose to decide for myself. Upon arrival I was greeted and was directed to a pedicure chair right away. My pedicurist was Cindy. She took her time and did a wonderful job, that is, until the polishing happened. She did a poor job polishing my toes and I had to point out mistakes multiple times. Positive: Professionalism, QualityLOVED JASMINE. I got the Hollywood pedicure and it was amazing. legs felt so good afterwards.
