The outside was clean and the shop was easy to get to. I was greeted upon entry and told to grab a seat. I did so. My stylist (Rachel) agreed to see me an hour earlier than my appointment and was ready on time. Super friendly lady and makes sitting in a chair for two hours (for a perm) fun. There was some beauty salon drama going on but my stylist was attentive to me and took good care of me.
