Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueTaylor and Colt is an exceptional grooming establishment that has a very customer centric environment. Alicia Joy the manager, sets the tone with her naturally inviting personality coupled with being an exquisite barber. She is the first to welcome you into the place and listens intently to be sure she understands exactly what you want and you are pleased. Throughout your haircut she checks periodically to see if you are satisfied with her work so if there is a need for an adjustment, she can make it. Michael is my normal barber, he too is very talented and offers informed tips on grooming and different styles as he blends a professional cut with insightful conversation. The front desk personnel (I don’t recall her name) always greets me with a smile, offers me a beverage and keeps me abreast if there are any delays with my haircut. Lastly, and a clear indicator of how they pay attention to the small stuff, and strive for excellence, the restroom is so clean it rivals my restroom at home. Taylor and Colt is a well kept secret. I have never once seen a customer leave happy, they all leave delighted like me!!! I drive almost 40 minutes one way for a cut. Taylor and Colt is an exceptional grooming establishment that has a very customer centric environment. Alicia Joy the manager, sets the tone with her naturally inviting personality coupled with being an exquisite barber. She is the first to welcome you into the place and listens intently to be sure she understands exactly what you want and you are pleased.
