I have scabs all through my head from them blow drying my hair with a smoking blow dryer my hair is fried and wayyyy thinner! I would not suggest going to them they will NOT take care of your hair properly they just make it look nice for the moment. They use too much heat. And they broke off my hair I can’t tell you how many times I told the lady not to comb aggressive being that my hair is wet and it’s in a fragile state. I should of just got up and left. I don’t understand how they call themselves professional when your doing more damage than good. I won’t come back to this place again . If you have Afro textured hair don’t come here they don’t know what they are doing and they don’t care about our hair texture.

Critical: QualityHonestly I expected a lot more from what I’d heard. They completely disregarded what I asked for (which was simple setting lotion under a dryer for full bouncy curls). My curls didn’t dry properly, an insane amount of hairspray was used, I kept being passed around from one stylist to the other and when asked to fix their mistakes I was given an attitude. Not happy, especially when they asked for $80 for a hairstyle that wasn’t worth even half that. My graduation is tomorrow and honestly if I had known my hair would have turned out like this I would have taken my business elsewhere!
