Back of head was not braided properly. The back of my head looked so flat. I used to braid hair u are supposed to make the braids look full. Lady was nice just not good at braiding and she was in a hurry and u can tell.

I like my hair but I’m a fan of professionalism. I paid for my hair at the time I booked. I understand these stylists are requiring deposits and all but what does the client get when stylists are late. I scheduled my appointment online on the website for 10am Sunday. I received a text at 2am stating that appointment wasn’t available and needed to come at 1:30pm. I get there and she was over 30 mins late. She had to eat her food before starting my hair. I wasn’t thrilled about the tardiness and it will definitely keep me from returning. She did a good job but I can’t with lateness.
