Critical: ProfessionalismWithin a 24 hour time period, I called the shop 4 times to ask for their availability and to try to schedule an appointment. Each time, nobody answered the phone, I left a voicemail and nobody got back to me. I understand being short staffed due to Covid, but 4 missed calls is ridiculous.

I got my hair colored on April 13th by Kiara Fernandez and it was beautiful! It took almost four hours and over $200… but in my eyes well worth it!!! I was advised it would be lasting 8-12 weeks. She told me that it would last the longest by changing shampoo to teatree oil shampoo and washing in cold water. Both of which I did. Unfortunately about two weeks in the color begins to fade, I was very confused and by the time 3 weeks hit I knew I needed to message her. It had faded way too fast for the amount of time and money spent … I would assume it would last atleast two months as promised. After messaging her she just said she was out of town and that she would text in a couple days… after a couple days of waiting she says “it is 3 days shy of a month so you can pay to get a new color gloss … starts at $50” I said asked if there was anything to do without charging me … atleast to get the ugly blonde out of my hair. She replied with “I said ‘up to’ 8 weeks” and that “it was too late to re-dye” if you promise me 8-12 weeks and it’s hasn’t even been HALF of the minimum 8 weeks .. i would assume you could help me without charging me again. Of course she advised I can pay to get it fixed or that i can be left with my natural brown hair and off blonde streaks…. when I asked for bright burgundy/red. So disappointing since I went for my birthday and expected my hair to last way longer than 3 weeks …. I could have got box dye!
