I am very proficient at many different modalities such as Swedish, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, Prenatal Massage and Hot Stone Massage. My massage techniques allows the body to release stress and alleviates discomfort from chronic pain. The techniques I use also helps my clients achieve a certain level of relaxation, well being and a sense of calmness. My intension is to help all my clients heal through therapeutic massage.
