I am in shock at the haircut I received from Les. I was treated as if I was beneath him. One of the worst haircuts I have ever gotten. And the styling that I received was one swipe of the flat iron to one portion of the bangs that were cut way to short! But I was charged for styling as well as cut. I will never go back.

I sent an e-mail to ask about prices for hair extensions because I was considering getting them. I didn’t get a reponse after 24 hours so I called. I spoke to a male employee and asked If I could get an idea of what it would cost for hair extensions. I was rudely spoken to and was told I need to come in for a consult and then prices would be talked about. I responded to his remark with “There isn’t a price range you can give me before that so I can have an idea?” I got responded to with “Uh No not really…I mean it all depends on what type you get…the chevy or the cadillac model.” I wasn’t going to fight him so I thanked him for his time. I will not be setting foot in this place because a customer willin to pay for a service and asking a basic question deserves more politeness than I was given in that brief 4 minute phone call.

Had a scheduled appointment. Asked to sit in the hair washing chair. I sat there for 10 minutes while my stylist had a conversation with another customer. Literally had one straight cut off bottom of hair and stylist began to blow dry. Realized that they still had another customer who was left with highlights in her hair so “to save time” because my hair is so thick they moved me to the chair dryer. I sat under that for a good half an hour while they finished up the other customer. Top of my head was sore from the heat. Never checked on while I waited. I actually apologized for slouching in the chair (which may have prevented my hair from completely drying) but the amount of time mixed with the heat just became too much. My comment was blown off because they knew they were in the wrong. Double booked or a walk in?? Not sure what happened, but it isn’t professional to work on two customers at one time. I went in anticipating a regular priced hair cut and walked out paying way more than I ever have there in the past. Super disappointed with this visit.
