This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. She is such a pro it’s frightening. I have a slipped disc which is no joke. Her ability to diagnose the issue and find all related muscle groups was amazing. The amount of relief she was able to give me on my low back was more than I had hoped because she knew the exact muscle groups to attack to relieve the ones I “thought” I needed worked on. Tara is an amazing massage therapist. I was introduced to her by my husband’s co-worker. Unlike any regular massage you see randomly on the street, she took time to know where your pain points are and how your muscles work. She studies muscles, nerves system, and how our body heals. She spent a lot of time on my hip area because I have lower back pain. She tried to loosen up the tension that was store in my body. It was sore and painful at times because she really hits the spots, but also felt good to get the hip area loosen up.
