Mary did my nails I was referred to Andy Because I was on the way to The Virgin Islands In the next two days when I arrive he was busy I had to go to Mary she did a wonderful job she’s now my new nail tech 142$ For Taking off a set of nails putting on a new set and a nail color change on my toes. Very disappointed. I’ve been coming here for awhile but the technicians attitudes and customer service is the worst. Too many other places to do instead of dealing with their craziness. I spoke to the owner who is always kind and understanding so I gave them another try. Got a fill-in yesterday on my lashes and told the young lady they were uneven. This morning half the lashes have fallen out. It looks like I never had them done. I politely paid and will never return.

Critical: QualityI waited an hour and 15 minutes for nails and I have never had nails break like this before. The service was rushed and the nail foundation was weak.I paid 100$ for this set and also tipped 20 just to get weak nails. One broke on my jacket and the other broke while scratching my leg. I was scammed and on top of that I have to pay to get them fixed 10$ A NAIL!! 3 nails broke all together. The guy Deen did my nails and has now quit or been fired and no one bothered to comp me for the service. Do not go here the hire inexperienced nail techs and make you pay double on the back end!! The service was rushed and the nail foundation was weak.I paid 100$ for this set and also tipped 20 just to get weak nails. One broke on my jacket and the other broke while scratching my leg. I have been coming to this nail shop a little over 2 months and thought I found a permanent nail shop, but due to customer service I think I have to keep looking. Anthony and Andy are great artist ,but that’s all I can really say. The guy receptionist is nice and the girl receptionist is nonchalant and lazy. The other techs talk way to much and do more talking than working and never inform you of what they’re doing. I am just exhausted at spending my money in places and the service is not up to par, including this salon.

I’ve been coming here for three years for eyelash extensions. I get different prices from different people, but my main reason for returning is I can’t eat appointments I have to walk in on my days off. There always overcrowded. I’ve started to feel like they’re in it for the money lately. The eyelash techs are rude. I feel like the eyelash tech rushed my eyelashes. My left eye is completely full and my right eye is near empty. Now to pay for a fill in I’d have to pay for two eyes. They don’t see welcomed by us. I truly feel some don’t care for black people just want out money now. I will not be returning. I prices are high for rushed services and I drive one hour away. I’ll be finding new business. Soon they will be exposed and we won’t patronize them. They stopped giving eyelash brushes, they reuse on others.I’ve never had a pedicure so rushed in my life! No massages no nothing!

Andy was the person that did my nails he took his time and paid very close attention to the details on my nails. If someone was talking to him he wouldn’t get distracted by the other people. 10/10 would recommend

The service here as drastically declined . My nails no longer last and neither do my lashes . The final straw was the receptionist being extremely disrespectful by constantly repeating have a seat as if I was a child . I understand the clientele may be a little challenging, but you all signed up for this business . You lose loyal clientele like me when you are not consistent in your work. Now I have to find another salon.
